Generators
ScreenLight & Grip offers many sizes and configurations of generator packages. We offer units mounted on 5 and 10-Ton Grip Trucks. So that you can put the generator where it should be and not where the grip truck should be, we also offer units mounted trailers. For smaller shoots we offer the Honda portable gas units. Consult with our experienced staff as to when these units can work for you.

Full Power
Transformer/Distros
Our line of innovative Full Power Transformer/Distros enable you to access more power from the quieter and more powerfull Honda Inverter Generators or common 240V wall outlets than you could ever before. Our Full Power Transformer/Distros work by stepping down 240V power, from either a portable generator or household outlet, to a single 120V circuit capable of powering bigger lights, or more smaller lights, than was possible before. Common 240V sources found on interior locations include Range Plugs, Dryer Plugs, and special receptacles installed for Window Air Conditioners. Our Full Power Transformer/Distros can also be used to step down 240 Volts supplied by two regular 20A wall outlets on opposing service legs. By giving you access to more house power through common 240V house outlets, our Full Power Transformer/Distros can eliminate the need for tie ins or generators.

This accessory power transformer/distro steps down the 240V output from our modified Honda EU6500i to 120V giving you access to an unprecedented 7500 Watts of power in a single 60A/120V circuit.
You can now simultaneously run the 2.5KW, 1200W, & 800W H.M.I Pars of our HD P&P Pkg., plus a couple of Kino Flo Parabeam 400s, Parabeam 200s, and a Flathead 80. Add 100' of 10/3 twist-lock cable and your set to record sync sound without picking up generator noise. More Details.
